I am stood next to the tripod as the light is starting to slowly fill the sky at day break, i opened up the shutter and then started taking my meter readings, my original reading gives me twenty minutes at f45, i finally shut the shutter at 15 minutes and just hope i’ve allowed enough time, this was the result. A few minutes later the lights went out on the piazza and therefore i would have lost the glow on the front of the bobbing gondolas.
